MOTIVATED MINDS
Caroline Wysocki, CEO
Caroline is originally from Little Rock, Arkansas. She moved to Atlanta to be closer with her family and to explore new opportunities the city offered. She comes from a competitive sports background. She has played soccer and basketball her whole life. While in school, she received an academic and athletic scholarship to play basketball at Georgia College. While attending, she majored in business management. Fun fact, one of Caroline’s favorite hobbies is flying airplanes. She was studying to get her private pilot’s license while attending school. She entered this business at a young age, however that has not stopped her from reaching her business goals as well as personal goals.
CULTURE
Here at Sterling Marketing we have a major emphasis on our team culture. Since our company does face-to-face marketing, human interaction takes a big part in that. Not only does it help us succeed but it helps our clients as well. This is what makes us stand out.
We host fun team events weekly to help us grow our team culture. We travel domestically and internationally not only to build team culture, but to gain knowledge as well. In addition, we have networking nights to learn from different perspectives. To push ourselves we hold competitions weekly for rewards and awards. We are consistently team bonding in a positive nature to ensure we are always growing to achieve our goals.
Sterling Marketing is looking for ambitious, excited, and driven individuals that compete to be a better version of themselves on a daily basis. We take pride in our team environment to help our team grow together rather than individually. Our core values we are looking to have on our team consist of: having a great student mentality, working hard daily, and maintaining a positive attitude. As far as our company, we are able to teach other skills our business thrives off of. However, student mentality, work ethic, and having a positive attitude are not values we can teach. They are values that come from within a person themselves.
